Sequencing a yoga class (opening, focus, closing)
Rhythm and pace of a yoga class
Multilevel Classes
Small versus large classes
Do's and don'ts for pregnant women in a regular class
Special needs students (injury, pain, other physical predicaments)
in regular class
Teaching-feedback and discussion
Meditation theory and practice
Chanting
Sanskrit - alphabet, asana names, yoga terms
Chakra and Nadi System
Functional anatomy
Ethics of teaching and being a student

Santosha Teacher Training will be held every second weekend (with a few exceptions to accomodate holidays) and Wednesday nights
Saturday & Sunday 1-7pm

$2700+gst (full payment due August 10th)
$2800+gst with monthly installments
$400 initial payment will hold your place.
