We are located on the corner of Elgin & Gilmour in the heart of Ottawa’s Golden Triangle. Just exit off of the Queensway at Metcalfe and follow the curve past the police station and North onto Elgin. Parking is FREE on the weekends and after 7 pm Monday to Friday. One or two hour parking is also available in the neighbourhood surrounding the studio during the week.
Redeeming Your Groupon
Come on into the studio at least 20 mins before the class begins to fill out a waiver if you have never been to our studio before. September 7th’s Groupon is available for all students regardless of whether or not they have been a Santosha student in the past. After you fill out your waiver, the studio facilitator behind the desk will direct you either to the change room or the practice room. We ask that all students remain respectful and calm in the lobby area and especially in the practice room while people are coming in and setting up their mats. There should be no talking while students are waiting for class to begin, only quiet reflection. This is the point where students are encouraged to set an intention for their yoga practice that day. After you sign in at the desk and have filled out your waiver. You will need to give a printed copy of your Groupon or show your iPhone Groupon to the desk facilitator on duty before entering the change room or practice room. After registration you will receive a Membership Card which you can use to make your experience at Santosha Elgin quicker by simply scanning in the next time you intend to take a class.
