Terms & Conditions

  1. Fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Fees must be paid in full, and up front.
  3. Only the Golden Ganesh Pass can be used at both Santosha locations.
  4. Class Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be shared with other Customers.
  5. Class Cards are valid for 12 months, except for the 5-class card, valid for 6 months. Expired classes can be re-activated by the purchase of an additional class package.
  6. Class cards can’t be used for Workshops.
  7. An additional $3 fee will be charged to replace any lost Class Card.
  8. Our Customers are expected to be aware about their card expiry date, or their card being used up (check your Student account and register your email to receive card status auto-notifications).
  9. ANNUAL PASS available by consultation only
  10. A Senior Student is deemed to be aged 60+
  11. ALL UNLIMITED PACKAGES 7 classes per week maximum
  12. All packages purchased after July 31st, 2011 may only be used in the studio of purchase with the exception of the “Golden Ganesh Pass”
  13. All prices are in Canadian Dollars
  14. Passes are non-refundable but may be transferred between students
  15. Expired passes may be extended with the purchase of a new pass
  16. Passes are added immediately to student accounts at the time of purchase
  17. SantoshaYoga reserves the right to refuse admission to any person to its yoga classes when it is determined that such admission may adversely affect the class or other students. This is to promote harmony and is for the benefit of the entire class. Thank you for your understanding.
